Like What the Future Laptop Intel version?

As to whether future laptops that will come a year from now? Intel has a vision about it and expose them at the exhibition CES 2013.

Laptop future processor manufacturer giant is coming in the form of "North Cape", a prototype laptop that is made to demonstrate the concept of future Intel laptop, especially the fourth-generation Core processors (Haswell) is scheduled to be released this summer.

As reported by Mashable, North Cape has a screen size of 13.3-inch touchscreen that can be removed to be used as a tablet device. Display area on the screen was so wide that leaves little room for the fingers of the hand holding the tablet.

However, it did not matter. Just press a button, the display area on the screen North Cape will shrink to 11 inches so that it can be operated as a more convenient tablet.

Another innovation is no less significant is the battery life is outstanding, reaching 13 hours, if the laptop in question is connected to the docking keyboard (battery stored in the display and docking module).

Battery power is generated by a power-efficient chip Intel fib. Ultrabook processors launched last year the average power consumption of 17 watts. Intel reduced that figure to only 7 watts just on some processors, such as those used by Lenovo Yoga 11s. Haswell power consumption to be used by the products of the future laptop is even smaller.

Helped equip future concept laptops, Intel embed two USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI connector, and a proprietary adapter jack on the back for the docking keyboard.
